The 22000 Series Standard Model
The 22000 Series starts with one standard model: the 22000R-15. 22,000 lb rated capacity on a 15 ft standard beam, engineered with a dedicated trolley family sized for flagship loads. Spin the model on the right while you read.

Assembled weight excludes the beam trolley. Main beam: a custom-designed proprietary 6061-T6 aluminum box extrusion engineered for flagship lifting service. Every unit is proof-load tested to 125% of rated capacity prior to shipment.

10-Tonne Capacity Without Crane-Truck Mobilization
The 22000 Series is designed for forklift-assisted ground-up assembly, giving crews a practical way to deploy 10-tonne lifting capacity without bringing in a crane truck for many applications. A forklift or comparable facility equipment speeds setup, reduces handling effort, and keeps the system practical for industrial jobsites with level prepared surfaces.

Engineered, Welded, and Load-Tested for North America
Every eme 22000 Series gantry is engineered to ASME B30.17 (cranes and monorails), CSA B167 (overhead travelling cranes), the Aluminum Design Manual (ADM), and CSA S157 (Canadian aluminum structural design). All welded aluminum structure is produced under CSA W47.2 certification — the Canadian Welding Bureau's third-party credential for fusion welding of aluminum. Each 22000 Series production unit is load-tested to 125% of rated capacity before shipment and supplied with a Certificate of Test.
