Returns
eme equipment is built to order. Each unit is configured to the capacity, span, and lift height specified on the purchase order, so units are not stocked and are not held for resale.
Because of this, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defect. eme does not accept returns for change of mind, ordering error, or fit.

Shipping
Freight is not included in published equipment prices. Published prices are for the equipment only.
A freight estimate is quoted at the time of order, based on the destination and the configuration being shipped. Equipment ships across the United States and Canada.
