Project Requirements
Valves in Gas-Monitoring Stations needed to be moved.
The Challenge
The valves were up against the walls.
The Solution
An eme Cantilever Package was used on an eme 4400M portable, aluminum Gantry Crane.
This consisted of a specially drilled-and-marked 8-ft. Beam, with the overhanging Cantilever section rated at only 900 lbs.
Ten 26 lb. weights were also supplied, which were placed on a removable cross-brace. This allowed the valves to be removed.
