Lightweight Aluminum.

Easier handling at every capacity from 1,100 to 22,000 lb.

Designed for Ground-Up Assembly.

Most eme gantries can be assembled by a small crew using standard tools. For taller or higher-capacity configurations, crews can use a forklift or standard facility equipment to speed setup and reduce handling effort.

Rolls While Fully Loaded.

Reposition with the load on — no need to unload and re-rig.

Modular Interchangeable Components.

Top beams and trolleys interchange within defined product ranges.

North American Standards.

ASME B30.17, OSHA, CSA B167, and CSA S157. Welding performed under CSA W47.2 certification by qualified aluminum welders.

10-Year Warranty.

125% Load Tested.

OSHA requires a crane to be proof-load tested to 125% of rated capacity before service — an employer obligation eme completes for you: every unit ships with a Certificate of Test, backed by a 10-year warranty across the line.

One System. Multiple Capacities. Fewer Parts to Manage.

eme gantries are built like a modern industrial kit: shared component families, standardized setup logic, and defined compatibility across the line. Crews train faster, fleets stock fewer parts, and buyers can add capacity without learning a completely different equipment system.

Light Capacity
1100R / 2200R

Portable aluminum gantries for lighter lifting applications. Small-crew setup with standard tools, easy transport between jobsites.

Mid Capacity · 2 – 3 Tonne
4400R / 6600R

The workhorse tonnage tier of the eme line — built for maintenance crews, contractors, utilities, and rental fleets that need serious 2- and 3-tonne capacity with fast deployment.

High Capacity · 5 – 10 Tonne
11000R / 22000R

Heavy-duty aluminum gantries for 5-tonne and 10-tonne lifting. Forklift-assisted assembly while preserving the loaded mobility expected from eme gantries.

Shared setup logic

Train crews once across the line.

Standardized component families

Reduce spare-parts complexity.

Fleet-friendly architecture

Add capacities without starting from scratch.

Rated configurations

Every crane is matched by model, beam, trolley, and capacity.

Final compatibility depends on the exact model, beam, trolley, and rated capacity. Confirm configuration details on the individual series page or official quote.

Engineered, Welded, and Load-Tested.

Every eme gantry is engineered to ASME B30.17, with welded aluminum structures produced under CSA W47.2 certification by qualified aluminum welders.

Every gantry is proof-load tested to 125% of rated capacity before shipment and ships with a Certificate of Test, so the pre-service proof test is already done and documented on arrival. Each eme gantry design is also proof-load qualified on the engineer-stamped drawing before it enters production — see each model page for its design-qualification detail. The aluminum used is 6061-T6 for proven structural performance. Browse the full reference set for the technical details behind each spec.
