Returns & Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products once an order has shipped.

Defective or Damaged Items

We stand behind the quality of our equipment. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will repair or replace the affected item(s) per the terms below.

  • Shipping damage: Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt at the time of delivery and notify us in writing within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the packaging and product.

  • Defects / DOA: Report manufacturing defects within 7 days of delivery with photos/video and your order number. After verification, we will arrange repair or replacement.

  • Items returned without prior written authorization will be refused.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment only. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned. Custom or made-to-order items may enter production immediately and cannot be cancelled once materials are allocated.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for:

  • Approved pre-shipment cancellations, or

  • Orders we cannot fulfill.
    Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items (no exceptions)

  • Unless outlined above, items are non-returnable

Warranty Service

Products are covered by the warranty as stated by the manufacturer.
